By purchasing from BLK MTTR APRL, you agree to the following:

Presale Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• Items are sold as presale enrollments

• Production occurs only after MOQ is met

• Refunds apply only if MOQ is not reached

Production Closures

Once production begins, the store may temporarily close to prevent overselling and ensure proper fulfillment.

Customers who miss a drop during production may be eligible for a future discount with proof of attempted access (waitlist signup or timestamped email).

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and branding are the intellectual property of BLK MTTR APRL and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BLK MTTR APRL is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Damage caused by improper care or use
