Return & Refund Policy — BLK MTTR APRL

BLK MTTR APRL operates on a limited-run presale model. All items are produced only after a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is reached.

Presale / MOQ Items

All Freshman Collection items are sold as presale enrollments.

  • 25 enrollments unlock production

  • If an item or cohort does not reach MOQ by the presale close date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after presale closes.

Items That Reach MOQ

Once an item reaches MOQ and production begins:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Normal wear or washing damage

Each product includes sizing information. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
