1. Overview

BLK MTTR APRL (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a presale‑based apparel system designed to reduce waste, protect cash flow, and ensure intentional production. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of blkmttrstu.com -  @blkmttraprl a division of BLKMTTRSTU.

2. Presale Model & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ

2.1 Presale Window (3–14 Days)

All BLK MTTR presales run for a limited window of 3 to 14 days, depending on the cohort, collection, or drop. During this window, customers may place orders toward the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

2.2 When MOQ Is Calculated

MOQ is not calculated during the presale. MOQ is calculated only after the presale window closes.

Once the presale ends:

  • Total paid orders are counted

  • Each product or bundle is evaluated

  • If MOQ is met → production begins

  • If MOQ is not met → refunds are issued

2.3 “25 Enrollments Unlock Production” Rule

A minimum of 25 paid orders is required to unlock production for each:

  • Cohort

  • Category

  • Bundle type

This ensures sustainable production and prevents overstock.

2.4 Print Grouping for Tees

Freshman tees share a combined print group MOQ of 25. Individual designs do not require 25 orders each.

2.5 Bundle MOQs

Each bundle type has its own MOQ of 25 units:

  • Starter Pack

  • Dorm Fit Pack

  • Hoodie + Hat Pack

  • Sweatsuit + Hat Pack

  • Campus Kit

2.6 If MOQ Is Not Met

If a product or bundle does not reach its MOQ after the presale window closes:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

What is the “25 enrollments unlock production” rule?

It means we only produce items after 25 paid orders are reached for that cohort/category. This keeps production clean, prevents waste, and ensures each drop is intentional.

What happens if my item doesn’t reach MOQ?

You get a full refund to your original payment method after presale ends.

Does each tee design need 25 orders?

No. Freshman tees are run as a print group. Once Freshman tee singles hit 25 total orders across designs, production is unlocked.

Do bundles have separate MOQ?

Yes. Each bundle type has its own MOQ of 25 (Starter Pack, Dorm Fit, Hoodie+Hat, Sweatsuit+Hat, Campus Kit).

Why do this instead of stocking inventory?

Because we’re building a real brand, not gambling on inventory. This system keeps the drop sustainable and protects cash flow while we grow.

When do you ship?

Estimated shipping is by Jan 15 (or sooner). We’ll send updates during production.

Will the store really close?

If production begins, yes — temporarily. We close to protect fulfillment speed and avoid overselling while manufacturing.

If I miss the drop, do I get anything?

Yes. If you tried to shop during production closure and can show proof you joined the list, you’ll get a Missed the Drop discount when we reopen.

How will I know progress toward MOQ?

We’ll post live updates via the MOQ Tracker on-site and in Stories.
