1. Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our studio in Bronx, NY 10467 using UPS. We use durable poly mailers and reinforced packaging to protect your items during transit.


2. Presale Shipping Timeline

BLK MTTR operates on a presale, made‑to‑order system.

Presale Window

  • Each presale runs for 3–14 days.

  • Orders are collected during this window.

  • Production does not begin until the presale closes and MOQ is calculated.

Production Timeline

Once MOQ is met:

  • Production takes 2–3 weeks

  • All items are produced in‑house for quality control

Shipping Timeline

Orders ship immediately after production is complete.

Estimated shipping for the current presale: January 15 (or sooner).


3. Shipping Rates

We use flat‑rate UPS shipping based on item type and weight.

Flat‑Rate Structure

  • Tees / Hats / Accessories: $6.95

  • Hoodies / Sweats / Tracksuits: $9.95

  • Bundles: $12.95

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the U.S.

This applies automatically at checkout.


4. Store Closure During Production

To protect fulfillment speed and prevent overselling:

  • The store may temporarily close once production begins

  • Only email/SMS subscribers receive reopening updates

This ensures accurate inventory and faster shipping.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a UPS tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to activate


6. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • High‑volume drops

  • Supply chain delays

We will communicate updates via email/SMS.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your address:

  • Email Info@blkmttrstu.com within 24 hours of placing your order.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once UPS marks a package as delivered:

  • BLK MTTR is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • Customers must file a claim directly with UPS

We will assist with documentation if needed.


9. International Shipping

International shipping is available at calculated rates. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
