REFUND POLICY

1. Presale Orders Are Made‑to‑Order

All BLK MTTR drops operate on a presale system. This means every item is produced after the presale window closes and after MOQ is calculated.

Presale Window

  • Presales run for 3–14 days, depending on the cohort or drop.

  • During this window, orders are collected but production does not begin.

MOQ Calculation

  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is calculated after the presale window closes.

  • Production begins only when the required 25 paid orders are reached for that cohort or bundle.

This system ensures intentional production, reduces waste, and protects cash flow.


2. Production Timeline

Once the presale window closes and MOQ is met:

Production Window

  • Production takes 2–3 weeks depending on volume and complexity.

  • All items are produced in‑house, which allows for quality control but requires time.

Shipping Window

  • Orders ship immediately after production is complete.

  • Estimated shipping for the current presale: January 15 (or sooner).

Store Closure

To prevent overselling and protect fulfillment speed:

  • The store may temporarily close during production.

  • Only email/SMS subscribers receive reopening updates.


3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • MOQ is not met after the presale window closes

  • You cancel before production begins

  • A product arrives damaged or defective

  • We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


4. Non‑Refundable Situations

To prevent unnecessary chargebacks and protect the integrity of the presale system:

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Impatience during the production window

  • Requests made after production has begun

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL)

  • Attempting to cancel after the presale window has closed

Because items are made‑to‑order, once production starts, materials and labor have already been allocated.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defects

Because items are produced to order, size exchanges are not guaranteed unless inventory is available.


6. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Reason for request

  • Photos (if applicable)

We respond within 24–48 hours.
