What is BLK MTTR’s presale system?

BLK MTTR operates on a 3–14 day presale window. During this time, orders are collected but production does not begin. This system keeps production intentional and prevents waste.

What is the “25 enrollments unlock production” rule?

Production begins only after 25 paid orders are reached for that cohort or bundle. This ensures sustainable manufacturing and protects cash flow.

When is MOQ calculated?

MOQ is calculated after the presale window closes, not during it. Once the window ends, we total all orders and determine which items move into production.

What happens if my item doesn’t reach MOQ?

You receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Do individual tee designs need 25 orders each?

No. Freshman tees share a combined print group MOQ of 25. Once the group hits 25 total orders, all designs in that group unlock production.

Do bundles have separate MOQs?

Yes. Each bundle type requires 25 units to unlock production:

  • Starter Pack

  • Dorm Fit Pack

  • Hoodie + Hat Pack

  • Sweatsuit + Hat Pack

  • Campus Kit

Why use a presale system instead of stocking inventory?

Because BLK MTTR is built on intentional production, not gambling on inventory. Presale:

  • prevents waste

  • protects cash flow

  • ensures every drop is purposeful

  • keeps pricing fair

  • allows in‑house production at high quality

How long does production take?

Once MOQ is met, production takes 2–3 weeks. All items are produced in‑house for quality control.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship immediately after production is complete. Estimated shipping for the current presale: January 15 (or sooner).

Why does the store close during production?

To protect fulfillment speed and avoid overselling. During production, the store may temporarily close. Only email/SMS subscribers receive reopening updates.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible due to the made‑to‑order nature of the system.

What if I miss the drop?

If you joined the list and attempted to shop during closure, you may receive a Missed the Drop discount when we reopen.

How will I know progress toward MOQ?

We post updates via:
